Ticket Distribution

Please arrange to arrive at the theatre 30 minutes prior to curtain to pick up your tickets at the Box Office. After picking up your tickets, your group is invited to our patio to relax until the House Manager seats you. 

Seating

Our theatre has a combination of fixed and folding seating. Although we have open seating for the general public, large groups can be seated together in the upper section of the house. We have an intimate theatre, and every seat is a good one with no obstructed views. If your group has not arrived 15 minutes prior to show time your reserved seating will be released and your group will be seated at the House Manager's discretion.

Special Seating

Please advise the Group Sales Department of any special needs prior to the performance. Please make sure to make handicapped seating requests at the time of your booking.

Food and Beverages

We always serve a variety of old-fashioned bottled sodas and baked treats. We do not serve alcohol. Beverages are allowed in the theatre. Catering for your group can be arranged on our patio, including pizza, full dinner buffets and dessert buffets. Please see our catering section for more information. No outside food or beverage is allowed at any time.

Weather Policy

If you book an event on our patio, please remember that we have no control over the weather!  Should it rain, we will do our best to accomodate your group inside the theatre lobby. If you have catering and it is moved indoors, please be aware we do not have tables indoors and your guests will be sitting in the theatre seats. You may cancel catering up to 30 hours before the event.  Show tickets, however,  may not be cancelled that close to performance. Please consult your contract. Our staff will work hard to take care of you, but please remember, you make the decision on the weather!

Souvenir Merchandise

Cameras and Recording Devices

Flash photography, video and audio recording devices, and laser pointers are not permitted at any performance. Upon request, the cast will pose for photos with your group following the performance.
