Matthew Stephen Young has been directing, teaching and performing improv comedy since 1991 at venues all over North America, including Sak Theatre, Improv Olympic, Acme, ComedySportz and Theatersports. He was a founding member of LA's Houseful of Honkeys improv group, along with WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY star Wayne Brady. Mr. Young has been in over fifty national television commercials and has made appearances on television shows such such as DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and WITHOUT A TRACE. He is also a musician, playing upright bass in the LA-based bluegrass band The Dust Bowl Cavaliers. You can see him as “Strider” in an upcoming production of FELLOWSHIP! THE MUSICAL PARODY OF THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING.  Matt is also the director of THE HIGH, playing every Friday at ComedySportz.
